Feedback from Antonio, a farmer in South Australia on using GANS on his farm.
As a Biodynamic grower and now introducing GANS into the mix the results are the best I have seen, mind you the rain this season has helped a great deal with all that free nitrogen.
First picture shows the thinning of the Blood Plum’s and the amount of fruit on the ground was unbelievable, the second picture shows the clumps of fruit to thin on this one lateral I counted 14 plums and when finished only three were left otherwise the fruit would never size up.
In this patch the use of GANS CO2, CH3, ZN and CUO have been placed at approx. 20 metres apart in grid pattern in Coca- Cola bottles, and since using these GANS the flowering and fruit set have increased, in some ways it’s a blessing for on some varieties such as the Nectarines I usually loose a percentage to earwigs and snails, recently I have sprayed CUO and PyroAg which is a wood vinegar with great success not only to keep the bugs off but for fungal diseases as well, so I am winning through trial and error.
The picture of the Vineyard has GANS at the filter CH3, CO2 and One Cup One Life, throughout the plot Coca-Cola bottles are placed around, but more GANS is needed for better results, each time I spray, the One Cup One Life GANS has been added at one litre to the thousand Litres of water, normally I try to add the GANS water the day before to energize the water, then adding whatever foliar sprays are needed at the time.
This year with all the rain there has been a Downy Mildew out break and Powdery Mildew as well, so far nothing detected on my Vineyard as yet.
The Ecovortec unit is also built in to my irrigation system which in combination with the GANS seems to be having a positive effect on the quality of the water, tests done with and without the Ecovortec unit have shown a better growth rate in the plants, with either vegies, trees or vines the difference is measurable.
Using GANS on the Vegetables I have received good feedback from one wholesaler, He told me that my watermelons are the best he has tasted in the seventeen years in the trade, so nice to have this feedback.
