Refunds & Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for, a different product, or a refund (excluding all shipping cost).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be unopened and be returned in original packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or damage.
• No refunds or returns on the bottles of GANS and GANS kits.
• No refunds or returns on Magical Minerals, Plasma Glow and Intense creams.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• How long will it takes to receive my refund or replacement product?
o Refund payments will be processed once the products have been received at Plasma In Nature. Replacement product will be sent once the returned product has been received at Plasma In Nature.
• Who pays for the return shipping fees?
o The return shipping/postage fees are the responsibility of the customer

Cancellation of Orders
If an order is placed in error, please email [email protected] to discuss cancellation as soon as possible. Please note orders cannot be cancelled after shipping has commenced.
